With each new moon of the new year, I do a ritual reset. I work with the elements, with deep soul and vision prompts, embodiment practices, tending my life force, resetting my baseline frequency, tending my altars within and without. I ceremonially release everything that is no longer serving. And I open to what wants to come through.
Most importantly, I re-code my system to the frequencies of my Aliveness. Because everything is magnetized from this.
These are the practices that take me through thresholds of becoming more of myself. Clearing my own obstacles of thought, embodying more joy and realness, and organizing steps to actualize my visions into form.
This month, I am sharing all these practices with you.
